The Bonfire is great to hang inside your tent for reading, playing cards, plotting tomorrow's trail, or just visiting with your pals, and is a smart alternative to candles during a power outage. Three brilliant amber LED (light emitting diode) "bulbs" have 2 settings... low for soft, ambient lighting & high for a light bright enough to easily read by. Remember, LED's are virtually indestructible & can burn continuously for 11 YEARS, and amber light won't draw insects or destroy your night vision!!! Comes with a handy hanging lanyard (it also has a flat bottom so you can set it on a table), and with the two AA batteries that you supply will operate for 18 hours on high, 30 hours on low. Recessed rocker switch means it won't be accidentally switched on inside your pack. Measures 4.5" high, and is oh so much safer than a candle lantern.
Here is an ideal all-round signal beacon that no one should be without. The Emergency Strobe contains a brilliant pulsing white Xenon strobe visible for up to three miles, floats, and is waterproof to 15 feet. The light is 300,000 candlepower housed under a focused dome, and flashes 50 to 70 times per minute for 16 hours, then at a reduced rate up to 60 hours depending on the strength of the single "D" cell battery that you supply. Has a positive lock sliding on/off switch which makes it easy to use under adverse conditions; a built-in stainless steel locking pin for affixing to a PFD, belt, or pack; sophisticated electronics housed in a heavy duty case; and a spring-assisted inner base to insure constant battery contact during rough use. U.S. Coast Guard and SOLAS approved. Hunters, this is great for marking downed game... the super-bright flash will allow you to find your kill upon your return and helps keep scavengers away. Keep one in the trunk or glove box of your car for emergency breakdowns to alert oncoming traffic, or to make you highly visible if you should have to walk for help. ALWAYS carry one into the backcountry when hiking or hunting to signal for help, keep one in your aviation emergency kit, and attach it to your lifejacket or PFD when boating. Krill lights are a safe and very economical alternative to chemical light sticks. The Krill light meets or exceeds military specs for chemical (Cyalume type) snap lights, but will save you TONS of money over the chem lights. Krill lights run on two AA batteries (not incl.), each set of batteries lasting about 160 hours. They're lightweight (just 3 oz. with batteries,batteries not included) safe (no caustic chemical release if accidentally broken open... it would be tough to break a Krill light anyway; it's polycarbonate housing will withstand a 9mm bullet!), and have an indefinite shelf life. It's waterproof to at least 150 feet, has withstood drops onto concrete from 60 feet, and kept going after being run over by a 3/4 ton truck. Easy to turn on and off, too, with just a twist of the bottom... that means no accidental turning on in your pack, and you can shut it off when you don't need it. Krill lights have an effective lifetime of 3,000 hours... do your math, that's equal to over 250 chem lights! Even figuring in the cost of the batteries, that is one heck of a savings! All Krill lamps utilize the same technology found in your IndiGlo ™ watch, and can be returned to the manufacturer for recycling. We offer the Krill in green, it gives the best output for the human eye and won't interfere with night vision, and in two different models. The 360 has light output around it's entire circumference, just like a regular chem light. The 180 has light output only around 1/2 of it's circumference, is nearly twice as bright as the 360, and comes with an attached velcro strip so you can stick it on the wall for a great night light, or on your dash, console, or air tank! Krill lights are excellent for SCUBA divers, pilots, spelunkers, hunters, boaters, campers (MUCH safer than candle lanterns & won't attract insects), or anyone who uses chemical light sticks (search and rescue folks like to tie them on their dogs at night!). Krill lamps also are a safe, effective alternative to the use of candles during power outages. All Krills measure 5 1/8" long.

Same great features as the regular Krill Light, but with a couple of important differences. The Krill EXTREME puts out nearly twice as much light as the Krill LongLife, and the battery life for the EXTREME is 50 hours. The EXTREME is available in either the 360 or 180 model. Krill lamps are a great alternative to candle lanterns (much safer, and won't draw insects). We sell the green color only, because it has the brightest light output & won't interfere with night vision. All Krills are lightweight at just 3 ounces with batteries (batteries not included). If you use a lot of the chem lights, try a Krill Lamp instead... you'll save money AND the environment!

The Midnite MiniChamp is one of my favorites... the best feature is the built-in red LED light that will brightly light your way when you depress the Swiss Army logo on the handle. The Midnite MiniChamp also has a key ring, small blade, scissors, nail file, cut and picker blade with scraper, bottle cap lifter, magnetic Phillips screwdriver, retractable ballpoint pen, emergency blade, screwdriver with ruler, and cuticle pusher. Phoenix Portable Motion Sensing Lamp
The Phoenix is here! The size of your hand, it easily fits in suitcase or pack, ready when you need it. Can be used either as "just" a flashlight, or turn on the motion sensor to detect movement up to 12 feet away. The motion sensor has a fairly narrow detection beam (30 degrees of center, side to side, and about 20 degrees of center vertically), so that the whole room's not covered, just the area you aim it at. Set it on your nightstand and aim it slightly away from the bed; your tossing and turning won't set it off, but when you step out of bed the light will come on. Aim it to cover a doorway up to 12 feet away, and the light comes on when someone enters (or exits). Hang it in your tent with the included lanyard, and you'll have a great light to read by... switch it to "sensor" mode before going to sleep, so when you wake up to Nature's Call in the middle of the night you can just reach up and wave your hand in front of the sensor to turn on the light. When the sensor has detected no movement for 30 seconds, it goes off and stays off until more movement activates it again. Perfect for travelers (don't worry anymore about getting up in the dark in a strange hotel room and stubbing your toe); campers (know when someone, or something, comes into camp); kids (they'll LOVE this nightlight), and the hearing-impaired, the Phoenix is 4" tall by 1.5" wide, weighs 5 oz. with batteries, and runs on two "AA" batteries (batteries not included).
